Immerse yourself in the abstract woodland of England's County of Yorkshire. My prize winning painting Immersion became one of the featured artworks of the City of Wakefields Art Exchange. Inspired by the rugged undulating woodlands around West Yorkshire, I sought to create a painting reminiscent of a stained glass window to inspire the reverence felt when immersed in the majesty of nature.
Bold, sweeping brushstrokes in cool blues, soft greens, and hints of magenta evoke the woodland landscape and the glimpses of the sky between the branches, immersing you in the tranquil yet expansive power of natural beauty.
